Privacy statement
Silver Plaza Inc. operates under Swiss–American data sovereignty standards. This corporate site is intentionally minimal: it does not sell advertising inventory, does not profile visitors, and does not place tracking cookies.
Zero unilateral data custody
Operational data for this property remains inside our private Coolify network. Public browsers never receive direct credentials, project URLs, or client SDKs for our datastore. Server Actions and Route Handlers are the only application paths that touch backend systems.
No tracking cookies
We do not deploy analytics pixels, advertising tags, or third-party tracking cookies on this website. Essential session mechanics, if any, are limited to security and form integrity on the server—not audience measurement.
Ephemeral lead storage
Contact submissions (name, email, optional organization, interest, and message) are recorded as leads for fiduciary follow-up. Technical metadata such as approximate network address and user agent may be stored solely for abuse prevention and auditability. Lead records are retained only as long as required for legitimate business correspondence, then archived or deleted under internal retention controls.

For access, correction, or deletion requests related to a lead you submitted, use the corporate contact form and select the appropriate interest, or write through the channels listed on the Legal page. Identity verification may be required before we act on a request.
